Trauma-informed support for anxiety, grief, anger, identity, relationships, and adjustment after military service.

Military training can strengthen discipline, responsibility, situational awareness, and the ability to function under pressure. Those strengths may remain valuable while also making it difficult to slow down, ask for help, or notice what has been pushed aside.
Depending on your goals, sessions may focus on:
• Understanding trauma, anxiety, anger, numbness, or hypervigilance
• Processing grief, guilt, shame, or moral conflict
• Adjusting to civilian roles and relationships
• Rebuilding routines, connection, or a sense of purpose
• Learning grounding, mindfulness, or communication skills
• Exploring how veteran identity intersects with family, work, culture, or LGBTQ+ identity
Therapy should move at a pace you understand and consent to. It cannot erase what happened or promise a specific transformation, but it can offer a structured place to examine what you carry and consider new ways of responding.
