At Safe Harbor Counseling of Missouri, we’ve built our practice on values that last: compassion, sustainability, and intentional growth. We specialize in supporting veterans, LGBTQ+ clients, and parents of children with special needs. You’ll be part of a collaborative, mindful team that believes therapy is about depth, not numbers.
Your Course Ahead
Flexibility, referrals, admin support, and community: so, you can focus on therapy.
As a Safe Harbor therapist, you’ll work as a 1099 contractor with full scheduling flexibility. We provide referrals, marketing, billing, and tech support so you can focus on your clients. You’ll also have access to a supportive community for consultation, growth, and connection, without the isolation of private practice.
Compensation That Keeps You Afloat
Earn $2,800–$6,200+ monthly with a split structure that grows with your caseload.
Our pay structure is simple and transparent: a 60/40 split for up to 15 clients weekly and a 65/35 split for 15 or more clients weekly. Typical therapist earnings range from $2,800 to $6,200+ per month, depending on your availability and caseload. Caseloads grow gradually to support sustainability, not burnout.
