Michael Mason, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, is Safe Harbor’s Co-Founder and Lead Clinician. He supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and significant life transitions, with particular experience serving veterans and LGBTQ+ clients. He is an IFS Level 1 Trained therapist who practices Internal Family Systems (IFS) and may also draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused strategies. His style is steady, candid, and compassionate.
Christina McKenzie Roy, LPC/LCDC-I, is a Licensed Professional Counselor offering individual telehealth for Missouri clients age 16 and older. She supports anxiety and depression, parenting and caregiver stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, life transitions, and trauma. Christina’s style is warm, direct, and collaborative, drawing from person-centered therapy with CBT and DBT-informed strategies.

Zack Blair serves as Chief Executive Officer, guiding Safe Harbor’s organizational planning and practice development. His background spans science, public health, international business, and medical-device research. Zack supports the systems and leadership work behind the practice; he does not provide clinical care.

Rebecca Mason is Safe Harbor’s Co-Founder and Practice Administrator. She supports practice communication, billing, contracting, waitlist coordination, bookkeeping, and other operational details that help the practice run smoothly. Rebecca’s role is administrative; she does not provide clinical care.
